达芬奇睡眠法
　　画坛泰斗达·芬奇是一位刻苦勤勉、惜时如金的人，他创造的定时短期睡眠延时工作法甚为人们所称道。这一方法是通过对睡与不睡的硬性规律性调节来提高时间利用率，即每工作4小时睡15分钟。这样，一昼夜花在睡眠上的时间累计只有1．5小时，从而争取到更多的时间工作。

　　前几年，意大利著名生理学家克拉胡迪奥·斯塔皮参照达·芬奇的方法，对一位航海运动员进行了长达两个月的类似睡眠试验。经测试，受试者的逻辑思维和记忆运算等能力均完好无损。这说明达·芬奇睡眠法不仅能满足机体代偿功能的需要，而且还预示着利用人体生理潜力的广阔发展前景。

　　然而，有趣的是，在20年前，一位画家就这一方法进行了亲身试验，证实了它的有效性。可是不到半年时间，他又回到正常的8小时睡眠上来。谈及个中原因，画家不无幽默地承认自己并非天才，更不知道这些多出来的时间该如何打发。

《一公升的眼泪》
终于把《一公升的眼泪》看完了，这片子太感人了，所以老是会流眼泪，所以左眼疼了好几天，现在是好多了。

本来是昨天打算写博客的，可是Dreamhost主机不知道为什么出错了，n个小时无法登录。。。这让我很是不爽，唉，虽然机能高，但是实在是太不稳定了吧。
降生
23号，以前的班主任周老师生孩子了，呵呵，恭喜一下。虽然是值得高兴的事情，但突然开始感叹人生，为什么我没要来到这个世界上来呢？这个世界真的有这么美好吗？这世界有这么多丑恶与不公平的事情在不停地折磨我们，如果我们真的有权利选择是否来到这个世界，你会如何选择呢？
领导
又快要三月份了，每当这个时候总会想到领导（高中时的班长，也是个挺悲惨的人，掉到东华的，唉），因为这家伙的生日是2月29号。。。呵呵

天不随人愿的事情太多，只有坦然面对才能活得开心。就算再难过，事实总是事实，就算不去面对，事实还是不会改变，《一公升的眼泪》看了一大半了，我才懂得了这样的道理，亚也的坚强真的很值得学习，要好好地活在当下，为自己的梦想、为自己的未来、为……好好努力才行啊，一定要好好地过好每一天！
